Barker & Scott performed a detailed review and re-engineering of the National Headquarters’ entire revenue processing workflow. DWB 2Barker & Scott utilized its best practice knowledgebase to deliver a set of improvements that addressed all the key components of Alzheimer’s Association’s revenue processing system – people (skills/training for existing staff in Donor Services, Revenue Support Services, Finance, the Contact Center, and other departments), process and data (mail, coding, data entry, system processing, and reporting procedures), and technology (enhancements to CRM and other applications).
