Feeding America
“Barker & Scott know how to run a CRM selection project. They did all the heavy lifting, yet managed to keep our stakeholders fully engaged so we could make a decision that best served the needs of the whole. And on top of being expertly guided, we were entertained. Every meeting involved explosive laughter!”

The Story:
Feeding America, the nation's leading domestic hunger-relief charity, provides food to more than 37 million low-income people facing hunger in the United States. Feeding America engaged Barker & Scott to facilitate a requirements definition and software selection process for an enterprise-wide CRM solution. The goal was to identify a solution that could meet the needs of the national organization and its sizable network of over 200 member food banks.
