Lachelle McMillan

Lachelle McMillan is an accomplished information technology and project management professional with more than 25 years of experience advising nonprofit and for-profit organizations at the regional, national, and global levels. Her expertise includes IT strategy and assessments, business analysis, project and portfolio management, change management, and the leadership of large-scale system implementations. Known for her strategic thinking and intuitive approach to problem-solving, Lachelle translates complex business requirements into technology solutions and processes aligned with organizational needs, priorities, and long-term objectives.

Previously, Lachelle served as Director of Business and Systems Processes and Director of Information Technology for a global clinical research organization, where she oversaw back-office systems and managed the enterprise systems portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. She also led global system implementations at Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen.

Lachelle is a certified Project Management Professional and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from The George Washington University.
