Katie Brosseau

Katie is the Director of Fundraising Services of Barker and Scott. She is also the Co-founder and Managing Director of Heart in the Cloud, a sister organization of Barker and Scott. She deeply believes that all nonprofits, regardless of size, deserve equitable access to the tools, strategies, and resources to best serve their communities and scale their mission. Through Heart in the Cloud, Katie has supported fundraising efforts for nonprofits in education, democracy, higher education, and youth development. 

​​She brings deep experience in nonprofit leadership, having led fundraising, revenue operations, donor engagement, and marketing and communications across different organizations. Katie held senior roles at City Year, where she helped launch the organization’s first prospect research function and led the national major gifts program, the Red Jacket Society. 

Katie holds a Master in Public Administration with a certificate in nonprofit management from Villanova University and a dual degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
