Eileen Alaoui

Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Eileen Alaoui is driving Business Development at Barker & Scott. 

Having been a corporate recruiter and small business owner for the past 15 years, Eileen learned the importance of building strong and trusting connections with existing and potential clients.

Eileen was a lead in technology recruiting at BCG, Wayfair and Boston Children’s Hospital. She found passion in helping identify and guide the best individuals to the right teams. She started her own recruiting business, The People Project, working with early stage companies and nonprofits.

She is an active participant in the PanMass Winter Ride (perhaps someday she’ll graduate to the actual road event), a strong supporter of the MSPCA, and the American Parkinson’s Disease Association.

Eileen’s adventures are spent with her lovely husband and tenacious twin girls.
